《别碰我心底的小柔软》是一部以温暖成长为主题的青春剧，讲述了普通高中女生孙小柔、高颜值呆萌学霸欧阳羽生、“帅气”且拥有美妙歌声的楚路以及热爱音乐的高原四人之间唯美动人的爱情故事，成长之余发人深省。
本剧选拍了中国古代四个奇女子的传奇故事，包括《吕后》、《鱼玄机》、《缇萦》及《白寡妇》。
